Technology & Operations

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pre and post processing of documents/applications received for HK Branch
  • Imaging documents to trade operations centre
  • LC advising and prepare documents for signing/endorsement
  • Release/dispatch documents at counter or by courier
  • Liaison with customers, other departments and Singapore office
  • Filing transactions / documentations properly
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • HKDSE / HKCEE holder or above
  • At least 5 years general banking experience with basic knowledge of Trade Operations
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word / Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Certified ECF qualifications is preferred
