About the Department

Group Finance supports enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily / monthly financial reports to the Head Office
  • Perform daily / month-end General Ledger postings
  • Handle staff reimbursements and process expense payments
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and compile relevant reports for month-end closing
  • Monitor daily suspense accounts and prepare month-end reports
  • Participate ad-hoc projects and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word and Excel
  • Highly responsible, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and solve problems effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
