About the Department

The Audit function is an independent internal audit team that provides objective assurance and consulting to improve and add value to the Group’s operations. We help the Group achieve its strategic objectives by adopting a systematic and disciplined approach towards evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

Job Responsibilities

1.Membantu Senior Team Leader dan Team Leader atas pelaksanaan penugasan audit termasuk continuous auditing dan penilaian risiko berkala, sesuai dengan area portfolio  yang ditugaskan.
2. Membantu Senior Team Leader dan Team Leader dalam mengembangkan prosedur pemeriksaan termasuk data analytics, sesuai dengan area portfolio yang ditugaskan.
3. Membantu Senior Team Leader dan Team Leader dalam melaksanakan follow up atas isu-isu yang ada, termasuk menyampaikan perkembangan/ progress, dan/atau  memberikan rekomendasi alternatif tindakan, sesuai dengan area portfolio yang ditugaskan.
4. Membantu Senior Team Leader dan Team Leader dalam membangun hubungan dan kerjasama yang efektif dengan senior management auditee secara berkala, sesuai dengan area portfolio yang ditugaskan.
5. Dapat berperan sebagai Lead Reviewer atau team member dalam pelaksanaan penugasan audit.
 

Job Requirements

- S1 dan diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi professional (CIA, CISA, CA, CPA, CFA, CFE) 
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan
- Memiliki kemampuan & pengetahuan yang mengenai teknik & prinsip audit, serta manajemen risiko
- Memiliki  pemahaman yang baik mengenai perbankan baik dari sisi bisnis, produk ataupun proses Bank.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal dan kolaborasi yang kuat.
