About the Department
Our team comprises five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralizing and standardizing technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Involve in Retail Banking Operations in the areas of Account Opening, eServices and Customer/Account Maintenance Activities for Individual Customers.
- Acquire basic knowledge and understanding on retail banking operations, and process and procedures.
- Gain hands-on experience in Account Opening and Customer Account Maintenance for Individual Customers.
- Assist in the collation and preparation of management and statistical reports.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a clear understanding of how backroom operations function within a retail banking environment, including the importance of compliance, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Looking for Poly and University students who can commit from Sept 2025 – Feb 2026 and 12 weeks
- Currently pursuing a polytechnic/degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, banking & finance, or a related discipline).
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Possesses solid computer proficiency and analytical capabilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and task execution.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
