The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

 

Description:

  • Perform control testing of technology processes during assurance reviews
  • Identify issues and areas of improvement
  • Validate implementation and effectiveness of committed action plans

 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn about the fundamental IT Security and Cyber Resilience Policy controls
  • Understand the different user access controls and how IT designs access controls
  • Understand the design of preventive and detective controls, including the principle of segregation of duties
  • Opportunity to communicate with different stakeholders in the corporate world
