Role Overview: Are you someone with a passion for Human Resources and a desire to make real impact within the Financial Services Industry? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Strategic HR department. As an intern, you will be involved in managing various projects that aim to improve HR efficiency, enhance employer branding, and boost employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR initiatives and contribute to impactful projects. At the end of internship, successful intern can potentially be considered for our prestigious Management Associate Program, paving the way for a rewarding career at UOB Group.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR efficiency projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support employer branding efforts by contributing to the development and implementation of branding strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, conducting surveys, and analyzing feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on HR trends and best practices.
  • Prepare executive presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to senior leadership within Group HR.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months commitment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a passion for driving organizational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
