About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Review and manage candidates’ application process in various platforms and channels
• Initiate and coordinate interview scheduling process
• Manage candidates' enquiries through general email account and Chatbot
• Perform data analysis on candidates journey and experience through the automation platforms
• Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
• Assist in applicants' progression in Success Factor (ATS) to final stage prior to offer approvals
• Tracking of candidates’ onboarding progress and readiness to commence employment (CMFAS; EP; Background checks etc.)
• Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activites in a timely manner
• Ad-hoc assistance in other recruitment related matters

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months commitment
• Diploma or Bachelor's students are preferred
