About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teams
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers & Commercial Banking department as needed
  • Coordinate the business operations of CMB with other counterparties within Hong Kong Branch and the Group
  • Provide customer service to customers
  • Assist customers’ onboarding procedures, including but not limiting to KYC review, account opening documentations, offer letter and related legal documents preparation, etc.
  • Assist to obtain the required market data for business planning

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin. or relevant concentrations
  • At least 5 years banking experience. Experience in customer service/Middle Office/business support is preferable
  • Good understanding in Banking operations and policies
  • Able to communicate with different internal counterparties in relation to CMB daily operations
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer-oriented and a team player
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
