About the Department

The Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfils its regulatory obligations in today’s tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and to assess regulatory risks. This collaboration also includes developing practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements as well as actively shaping and promoting stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support execution of regulatory compliance initiatives, review and training
  • Support dissemination of information on statutory, regulatory and internal requirements related to banking business
  • Support provision of advisory services on statutory, regulatory and internal requirements on banking business
  • Provide support to Head of Compliance / Team Head in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Law or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 year experience in banking industry
  • Hand-on compliance experience / practical knowledge of various statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to banking industry is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Candidate with more relevant expereince will be considered as Manager
