About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Requirements
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang manajemen proyek terkait IT.
  • Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 3 tahun dalam business requirement gathering/application functional design
  • Memiliki ketrampilan analisa yang kuat
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik
  • Mampu berkorespondensi dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan maupun tulisan)
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Lebih diutamakan yang menguasai pemrograman excel macro/VBA/SAS, database SQL Server/MS. Access.
Job Responsibilities

Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan project terkait Retail Credit  dan memastikan project selesai tepat waktu.

  • Memimpin tim Credit Project Management untuk memastikan project & CR sesuai dengan user requirement dan timeline.
  • Melakukan supervisi dan pengelolaan sistem & proses di departemen Retail Credit dan berkoordinasi dengan tim IT terkait pengembangan dan peningkatan sistem.
  • Melakukan analisa requirement gap dan memberikan solusi kepada bisnis stakeholders.
  • Menganalisa, mengelola, serta melakukan monitoring terhadap inisiatif BAU & implementasi proyek dan berkoordinasi dengan stakeholders untuk memastikan project berjalan sesuai dengan timeline dan sasaran proyek.
  • Berkoordinasi dan mendukung stakeholders dalam melakukan user acceptance test
  • Melakukan monitoring dan eskalasi terhadap masalah sistem di lingkungan production.
  • Memastikan rencana dan dokumentasi proyek dilakukan dengan lengkap & up-to-date dan melakukan project status update.
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan proses dan tata kelola yang baik dalam melakukan inisiatif/CRs/project.
