About the Department
Job Responsibilities
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target funding dan revenue di Business Banking, termasuk pengembangan bisnis di wilayahnya sesuai strategi yang telah ditetapkan.
- Berperan aktif dalam berkoordinasi dengan BBWM Nasional Head terkait strategi pencapaian bisnis
- Melakukan implementasi BB Way dan memonitoring implementasi BB Way di areanya
- Melakukan coaching kepada team dan pengembangan karyawan demi peningkatan kinerja karyawan
- Mengumpulkan referensi /informasi pasar (market) dan melakukan pengkinian data nasabah untuk mencapai cross selling yang efektif
- Melaksanakan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku (termasuk peraturan BI), kebijakan dan prosedur dan menyiapkan laporan berdasarkan kebijakan/peraturan yang berlaku
- Membuat laporan pipeline & aktivitas harian
- Melakukan KYC atas on boarding nasabah
- Berkoordinasi dengan Regional Manager/Cluster Manager/Pimpinan Cabang dan tim di cabang dalam upaya meningkatkan pencapaian target funding dan revenue di Business Banking, termasuk koordinasi dalam hal keperluan administrasi / operasional di Kantor Cabang.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Have work experience min. 5-10 years for Banking Industry relevant field (Funding SME/Commercial).
- Have Passion and interest to selling various Bank's products.
- Have highly initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasiveness and resilient (target driven).
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal and selling skills.
- Good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations with various level of correspondence.
