About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Define customer segmentation and understand shape of the portfolio
• Quantify segments’ potential (benchmark/wallet sizing)
• Identify customer insights and value propositions to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Market and Competitor Intelligence (work with Products)
• Develop strategic initiatives to drive profitability, retention and streamline cost to serve
• Develop systemic action based on customer behavioral triggers and alert to drive customer activation, usage, retention and cross-selling 
• Develop propensity model based on customers historical data and behavior Explore potential leads for NTB
• Prepare and present Portfolio Movement and Portfolio Insights Paper
• Obtain feedback to perform additional drill-down analysis
