About the Department

Job Responsibilities

1. Memberikan solusi terkait dengan Security Operation dalam melakukan pencegahan terhadap risiko yang memiliki dampak terhadap operasional perusahaan.

2. Bekerjasama dengan team IST dalam melakukan analisa dan tindakan pencegahan terhadap serangan virus, maupun malware.

3. Membantu implementasi proyek strategis maupun taktis IST, dan pemenuhan BAU aktifitas security operation.

4. Untuk melakukan eskalasi kepada atasan dengan cara yang tepat, terkait dengan insiden, pemenuhan permintaan, atau masalah, serta menawarkan solusi yang diajukan sebagai pertimbangan atasan.

5. Merumuskan rencana kerja dan strategi di lingkungan kerja Security Operation untuk mendukung strategi di Server & Network Infrastructure sub division sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

6. Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan Security Operation serta pelaksanaan program-program yang sudah dirumuskan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

7. Melakukan instalasi, setting, dan troubleshooting yang berkaitan dengan sistem keamanan.
