About the Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Job Responsibilities

The Senior Performance Manager is a key strategic role in the Planning function of UOB Innovation Hub 2. He/she will work together with the function head and service operations team leads to consolidate and report the delivery of performance driven KPIs based on agreed service levels with the Group.  

Ultimately, you will be pivotal in supporting operational and strategic initiatives through meticulous performance driven reporting and analysis. 

  • Consolidate and prepare weekly / monthly business reports on service level performance across various service lines (i.e. operations, tech delivery). 
  • Monitor service delivery levels against agreed key performance metrics (KPIs), discuss and follow up on corrective actions as required. 
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights. 
  • Create reports and dashboards for use in center management forums. 
  • Work closely with service operations team leads and management team and provide strategic insights on service improvement and optimization opportunities. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 – 9 years of experience in organisation-wide performance management reporting, or related experience in service level management and reporting. 
  • Degree from any recognised University or recognised establishment (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field will be beneficial) 
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions and resolve conflicts effectively. 
  • Performance-driven balanced with proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment. 
  • Process-oriented and possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to have a holistic view. 
  • Ability to deliver and articulate a presentation confidently and effectively to a wider project committee and management. 
  • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise with changing situations.  
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project. 
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking operations, is advantageous.
