About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respective counter staff should responsible for counter service operation in branches and balance daily cash transaction
  • Zero tolerance on counter transactions for counter staff
  • Prepare required reports such as Branch Activities report, Fixed Deposit report and Money laundering report within time schedule etc.
  • Ensure smooth branch operation through meeting all requirements of control and service standards.
  • Performing administrative support such as filling, scanning, microfilming within time schedule.
  • Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors
  • Provide courteous and excellent service to external and internal customers, and maintain our reputation for quality service

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications / Education & Experience
  • Tertiary Education or Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in banking industry
  • Qualification HKSI (Paper 1, 7 & 8) is preferred
  • Written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good understanding of Banking products and services
  • Bank Notes counting skill
  • Bank workstation and terminal skills
