About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintain Loan Origination System (LOS) for Wholesales Banking.

  • Involve in system enhancements in terms of drafting user requirement, User Acceptance Test script, documentation, data mapping and impact analysis. He/She will be involved heavily in doing testing as well.

  • To troubleshoot & provide helpdesk service.

  • Define extraction criteria on data issues relating to project and work closely with users and IT for resolutions.

  • Key contact point for users’ inquiries on data e.g. definition, usage, availability, issues etc.  Act as a bridge between BTS and business users / vendors on the project coordination and system implementation activities for business initiatives projects.

  • MIS Support and analysis in technical functionality on data warehouse and financial application to cater for MIS or regulatory requirements.

  • Response, manage and supports CCRIS users with their Data Entry enquiries relating to CCRIS B2B System and Front-End system (Gateway), data definitions and submission procedures.

  • Manage projects to improve productivity, data integrity and enhancement of system.

  • Assists in documentation of guidelines and workflow related to systems

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information System Engineering, Business Information System, Computer Science or Finance

  • Min 3 years’ experience in financial industry will be added advantage

  • Preferably knowledge of EXCEL, data warehouse and script programming

  • Familiar with banking systems, process and operations

  • Pro-active approach to problem solving

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
