About the Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and implements strategies to promote sustainable business growth, working with various functions across the bank. 
  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies and initiatives  to support business growth
  • Collaborate with various departments
  • Identify and work with like minded partners in the ESG field 
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and members on ESG related policies, incentives and interventions in Malaysia 
  • Conduct regular research and analysis to keep up to date with evolving ESG landscape
     

Job Requirements

 

  • Recognised university degree with experience in strategy and/or execution (Familiarity with sustainability standards and disclosures, ESG best practices will be plus point)
  • Comfortable working consultatively with multiple teams and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels to design, build, evaluate, support and improve a range of programmes and initiatives;
  • Ability to multi-task and work on diverse projects simultaneously in an ambiguous environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner; and
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
