About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Pre- screening and application pre-processing of Unsecured Loan Application Form.
• Ensure completeness of information and documentations.
• Perform World Check One name screening for new to bank applications according to guidelines and review the result.
• Perform income calculation of applicants.
• Perform risk ranking according to relevant guidelines and escalate applications with “High” and “Moderate” risk ranking for on-boarding approval.
• Perform coding on relevant fields in application form.
• Highlight any suspicious applications based on criteria identified by Card Risk Unit.
• Application reconciliation and batching.
• Return incomplete application forms to respective channels for further action.
• Perform verification of applications against submission listing.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and comply with bank’s policy, process, and compliance guidelines.
• Prepare MIS and assist in other activities assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
• Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Good English communication and written skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
• Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience in card operations. Fresh graduate will be considered as well.
