About the Department
Job Responsibilities
- Pre- screening and application pre-processing of Unsecured Loan Application Form.
- Ensure completeness of information and documentations.
- Perform World Check One name screening for new to bank applications according to guidelines and review the result.
- Perform income calculation of applicants.
- Perform risk ranking according to relevant guidelines and escalate applications with “High” and “Moderate” risk ranking for on-boarding approval.
- Perform coding on relevant fields in application form.
- Highlight any suspicious applications based on criteria identified by Card Risk Unit.
- Application reconciliation and batching.
- Return incomplete application forms to respective channels for further action.
- Perform verification of applications against submission listing.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and comply with bank’s policy, process, and compliance guidelines.
- Prepare MIS and assist in other activities assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Good English communication and written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience in card operations. Fresh graduate will be considered as well.
