About the Department

Job Responsibilities

- Perform daily monitoring of BNM and Nostro transaction. Ensure long outstanding item are follow up and action taken by respective owner.

- Follow up with stakeholder on long aged item on the nature and expected clearance date.

- Report and escalate significant amount and long aged item to Group and management with detail.

- Ensure monthly trigger of balance confirmation within timeline set. Review the result submitted especially on exceptional item.

- Perform reconciliation on balance and raise journal if required.

- Participate in the implementation of new and enhancement of system, process and procedure

- Provide support on queries/issues relating to financial reporting to other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

- Provide feedback to improve the efficiency and quality in process and reporting

Job Requirements

  • Possess a University Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 3 years of related working experience in finance and/or banks.
  • Responsible, mature and able to work independently as well as a good team player.
  • Analytical with attention to details.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
