About the Department

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Retail Operational Readiness Centre that supports Retail Operations with effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing requirements from End User perspective and ensuring effective implementation with the help of testing, training and documentation.

• Plan and manage the development of test automation strategy, automation scripts and automation frameworks in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure coding standards and test components reusability for automated test scripts
• Participate in system workflow, business requirements, technical specification, test design reviews to assess automation feasibility and testability
• Work collaboratively with manual testing team to identify focus areas for test process improvement and automation
• Analyze problems, develop and propose solutions to lead and management
• Provide timeline/ scheduling estimates and progressive updates to management and propose corrective actions when necessary
• Perform ad hoc assignment/ tasks as assigned by department head from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimally 2 years’ practical experience with TOSCA automation tools
• Leadership ability and high adaptability
• Proactive and solution oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of test automation tools, techniques, methods and procedures
• Knowledge in retail banking operations, products and services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
