About the Department
Job Responsibilities
- To perform transactions, attend to queries and execute administrative duties to support customer needs.
- To educate customers and encourage adoption of digital channels to support branch transformation.
- To acquire customers, cross-sell products and services, and provide referrals to support business need.
- Provide services by completing account transactions such as receiving deposits, paying and others transactions.
- Answer, attend and fulfil customers’ needs and requests.
- Educate customers and migrate them to Digital Platforms and Self-Service machines for seamless and convenient customer experience.
- Explain and advise on and promote bank’s latest products and services such as promotions, campaigns and rates.
- Identify opportunity to make relevant referrals and cross selling activities.
- Meet and greet walk-in customers, ushering them to relevant counters or workstations and ensuring they are attended to by staff.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and service issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- A recognised Diploma in any field Minimum 2 years of working experience in Bank Branch Operations
- Possess a strong Customer Service mind set and enjoy the challenge of exceeding customers’ expectations
