About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for qualified Project Manager to join our team for a 2-year contract. The job responsibilities include:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to management.
  • Effectively applies best practices and methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Project Accounting:
    • Manages project budget.
    • Monitors, controls, and provide regular reporting of project expenses to management.
    • Monitors project cost and ensure timely finalization of project account with complete supporting documentation to enable project capitalization.
    • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
    • Analyzes project expenditure to update portfolio cost benchmarking.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses qualification in project management or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity.
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  •  
  • Possesses general understanding in the areas of design and renovation of interior and architectural space.
  • Understands design and construction projects lifecycle and implementation strategies.
  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging design, technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
