About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

FINANS system:

  • Setting up the Parameter tables (excel) for FINANS and PLCE systems
  • Provide daily support and assistance to handle Production system and parameter related issues.
  •  Perform User Acceptance testing ( UAT ) for Change Requests / production issues / compliance related / Bank Negara Malaysia requirements and enhancements.
  •  Gather business requirements from stakeholders eg. Cards and Payment Products department as well as change requests for new products/campaigns to be implemented.
  •  Provide advice and support business team : system solutions / analysis to resolve issues related to system.


 Cardlink system (CL2) :

  • Setting setup system Parameter tables (Excel) relating to Loan Module / SMS / Statement messages / Transaction codes / Credit shield insurance coverage/ General Ledger.
  • Support business users on CL2 queries / screens / parameter related issues. 
  • Providing support for PLCE platform stakeholders for example products template verification’s.
  • One Enterprise (OE) system - > BLP – to maintain campaigns as a supporting staff. 
  • Perform testing related to system Mock Run (MR) migration activities.
  • Assist in documenting the Cardlink system for parameter maintenance and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT, System analyst
  • Experience in Card system support
  • Preferably with banking exposure.
  • A strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
