About the Department
The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities
- Be the Business Support in providing support to the line on HR rewards and performance management matters.
- Ensure Effective and Efficient Delivery of the rewards and performance management matters.
- Make timely recommendations to address issues raised by the line and with quick turnaround time in reverting to the line
- To comply with policies and procedures when providing support to the line
- Be conversant in all policies and tools of trade, eg. Employment Act, EPF Act, Income Tax Act
- Ensure accurate data maintenance in all areas managed by you
- To continuously seek improvements in your areas of work for better productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all processes and information are properly documented and filed for business continuity and ease of retrieval
- Ensure all operational processes are constantly reviewed and updated
- Maintain a conducive workplace
- Be a Strategic Partner to the HRBPs by working closely and understanding their needs and to provide the required support and information to enable them to be a strategic partner to the line.
- Be a Team player and ensure good teamwork within and outside the division. In this regard, you are also expected to actively support the Bank’s initiatives; eg the BE initiatives, the cost rationalization initiatives etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in HR business partner role
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
