About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

  • Telephone dunning on Non Charge-off (NPL & Non-NPL) accounts
  • To provide settlement solution to customers with settlement/repayment proposal
  • Attend to all correspondences to customers and update customers’ latest contact details
  • Liaise with solicitors on litigation matters
  • To ensure appropriate litigation being implemented for recovery actions (Civil actions)

Job Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in recovery
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills, especially English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical  skills
  • Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
  • Target oriented and able to work under pressure
