Job Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for overall strategy Retail Technology and Operations (Retail T&O).

  • Translate business goals and concepts into efficient and effective technological solutions and operational processes

  • Work with various teams in Group Technology and Operations to implement processes and solutions.

  • Lead and manage multiple teams, including Technology, Retail Operations, and Contact Center, to achieve T&O objectives and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Collaborate with senior management and GTO to align technology and operations strategies with the overall business strategy and objectives

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies across all operational processes

  • Identify and manage operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology and operations teams, driving efficiency and effectiveness

  • Oversee the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of technology and operations functions

  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, and provide guidance and recommendations on their adoption and impact on the retail banking operations.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A recognized Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other equivalent qualification

  • Minimum of 15 years relevant banking experiences with knowledge of retail technology and operations.

  • Possess strong inter-personal, analytical, influencing-negotiation and presentation skills  

  • Command leadership, good English both verbal and written 

  • Matured, agile, independent and resourceful
