About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible to lead a security administration team on day-to-day administration, support and projects:-
    • Privilege and access management across OS platform (Windows/AD, Unix, OS400) and databases.
    • Cryptographic management
  • Provide guidance and directive for the team to foster and enforce security policy through least-privilege and need-to-know basis across all OS platform, databases and cryptographic keys (both hardware and software embodiment).
  • Lead the team for BAU and projects. Participate in project and provide recommendation on the security access, cryptographic requirements according to policies, standards and relevant guidelines.
  • Managing Hardware Security Module (HSM) and other software based cryptographic keys management tools to ensure it is comply with security standards and relevant framework. Manage and upkeep technologies within purview, including and not limited to Privilege Access Management (PAM), Hardware Security Module (HSM), Multi Factors authentication (MFA).
  • Oversee across platforms security (including the cryptographic keys) ensuring compliance according to the security standards and security policies to preserve confidentiality, integrity, authentication, non-repudiation while ensuring availability. Act as liaison party in regards to cryptographic related matters with schemes (Visa, MasterCard), payment regulatory, cards vendors and manufacturer.
  • Day-to-day business-as-usual processes throughout cryptographic key life cycles, such as provisioning cryptographic keys, renewing expiry keys, re-certifications of keys use, reporting, monitoring cryptographic keys activities and its related components.
  • Inspire team to work toward achieving common and personal goals, coaching team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Certification in Information Security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in privilege and access management with understanding of cryptographic keys management (HSM and software based cryptographic tools).
  • At least 12 years of experience in relevant roles, out of which at least 4-5 years of experience in leading a technical team on enterprise AD, Open System (Windows, Unix), OS400, privilege access management, managing technologies surrounding access control and privilege access management. 
  • Self-reliant person in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and exhibit leadership qualities.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
