About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handling full spectrum of HR Operation functions
  2. Ensure proper documentations, arrangement, correspondences, reports, filling and records are consistent with Bank guidelines and procedures
  3. Ensure HR daily operations are running smoothly

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field of study; preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources with at least 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
  2. Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures and processes
  3. Good command of spoken and written English
  4. Must have good interpersonal skills, team player, resourceful, independent and able to work within a fast-paced environment
  5. Experience in Payroll is an added advantage
  6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
