UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation. 

About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer with a strong interest in automation and process improvement using Blue Prism. You will be responsible for developing and supporting RPA bots, working closely with business analysts and senior developers to deliver automation solutions across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Support and maintain existing automation processes, including bug fixing and enhancements.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of automation solutions and technical processes.
• Follow coding standards and best practices under the guidance of senior developers.
• Monitor bot performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with RPA trends and Blue Prism platform updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development or automation (internship experience acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of Blue Prism and RPA concepts (training or certification preferred).
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
