  • Maintain calendar and appointments of supervisor, including lodging and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take and transcribe minutes, collect and distribute materials and information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, compilation and extraction of data, update compulsory leave and medical leave.
  • Established strong working relationship with team members.
  • Assists with department events, F&B, venue arrangements, event communications, preparation of materials, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned (as and when required)




  • Bachelor degree graduate from any major
  • Preferably 1-2 years of administrative clerical experience. Familiar with Microsoft tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Determine work priorities, work independently and follow through on tasks.
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
