Description
- Maintain calendar and appointments of supervisor, including lodging and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take and transcribe minutes, collect and distribute materials and information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, compilation and extraction of data, update compulsory leave and medical leave.
- Established strong working relationship with team members.
- Assists with department events, F&B, venue arrangements, event communications, preparation of materials, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned (as and when required)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree graduate from any major
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative clerical experience. Familiar with Microsoft tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
- Determine work priorities, work independently and follow through on tasks.
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
