About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • As part of the integration project, there would be an alignment of products and product-related processes to the bank. Thus, predominant responsibility would be broadly, to attend to the more routine and administrative responsibilities of relating investment products, e.g.  Unit Trusts, Structured Products and Bonds
  • Ensuring completeness and safekeeping of approval / setup papers, e.g. internal UOBM approval templates, Distribution Agreements and etc.
  • Assist with product setup, e.g. preparation of setup forms, liaising with responsible parties, preparing FIMM Lodgement letters and etc.
  • Assist with launches, e.g. setting up of Teams calendar invite and QR codes for attendance and quiz, preparation of training deck and etc.
  • Assist with customer communications – customer letters/notifications on the various required initatives, e.g. fund suspension, portfolio rebalancing and etc.
  • Mapping of customer risk profile and product risk rating, while at the same time applying UOB’s award winning Risk First Advisory overlay and also local regulations.
  • Administrating campaigns that drives desirable outcome, e.g. regular portfolio rebalancing, focus on Risk First Advisory and etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any field 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in MS Office - word, powerpoint and excel
  • Relevant experience in wealth or investment related areas are an added advantage
