About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Objectives

For the approved ITC operation, Window SMEs are required to support Window server OS 2008 & above Administration tasks to ensure good server health & availability, OS Patch implementation, Capacity Planning and Upgrade, System performance tuning. Windows OS related issues.

Key Responsibilities

To perform Window server OS 2008 or RHEL & above Administration tasks to ensure good server health & availability, OS Patch implementation, Capacity Planning and Upgrade, System performance tuning.

• Server OS Administration Tasks

• Ensure that all Windows server and SR SLAs are met

• Provide application support on server-related issues

• Facilitate administration of Middleware

• Facilitate apps code deployment (during and/or after office hours)

• Experience in common OS and Applications hardening standards and Vulnerability

• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and promptly

• Possess strong technical and analytical skills

• Required to communicate effectively and frequently with internal and external customers and vendors

Key Requirements

• Experience leading a team

• Certifications in Windows / Redhat

• Candidate should at least have 3-5 years experience in a big organisation and operate a sizeable amount of Windows  or RHEL servers.

• Candidate should have a good overall command of occupational English.

• Experienced in infra administration task (OS Installation, OS patching, ID administrations, deployments)

• Willing to work on site and weekends support.
