About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure that management reporting, business forecast & planning and annual budgeting to be completed within stipulated time.
  • Lead, coordinate and prepare presentation for business review with group, senior management, board of directors etc.
  • Lead and coordinate annual budgeting exercise.
  • Support and provide advice to Retail Business Finance Head on the business segment under his/her care.
  • To identify the risk and opportunities in business and work with product and sales team to formulate actions to explore the opportunities and mitigate the risks.
  • Actively involved in product and sales discussion/meeting, to provide financial advice on the performance and strategic plan.
  • Provide supporting role to business in financials related matters.
  • Track and monitor segments and products performance vis a vis targets.
  • Cost management - review and manage direct expenses within approved budget.
  • Ensure adherence to Group Policies/Guidelines.


Job Requirements

  • Experience in Banking Industry specifically in Business Banking or SME Banking.
  • Preferably professionally qualified eg: CIMA, ACCA, CPA etc.
  • Ability to work within a multi-function, multi-discipline team environment.
  • Possess good analytical skill and command of English and Excel
