About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Job Responsibilities
Interview & Scheduling Coordination
Streamline Interview Logistics: Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and prepared.
Candidate Documentation & Data Management
Document Collection: Oversee the collection and verification of candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is properly documented.
Enhancing the Candidate Experience
Serve as a Point of Contact: Act as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for candidates, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
Support the Talent Acquisition Team: Provide hands-on operational support to the recruitment team, stepping in to address scheduling or process issues as they arise.
