UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation, operation, and ongoing management of the electronic signature platform, specifically focusing on DocuSign integration within the organization. This role requires a strong technical background in software delivery, leadership in managing cross-functional teams, and an in-depth understanding of DocuSign’s features, including API integrations and user management. The TDM will ensure that the platform operates efficiently and meets the needs of the business, providing secure and compliant electronic signature capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of the electronic signature platform using DocuSign.
- Manage a team of developers, architects, and support staff to deliver seamless integrations with other business systems.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of DocuSign projects, from requirement gathering to production release and post-launch support.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business requirements and compliance standards.
- Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for platform implementation and upgrades.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Manage DocuSign API integrations, including configuring templates, webhooks, and permission profiles.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and IT teams to ensure platform security and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal users and stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
- Strong understanding of DocuSign API integration, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Experience with RESTful services, JSON, and Spring Boot is a plus.
- Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for electronic signatures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with other electronic signature platforms.
- Experience in the financial or banking industry.
