About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing financial and non-financial data input requests from requestors.
  • Processing special products enrollment/termination and rewards redemptions.
  • Credit card and personal loan application pre-processing.   
  • Creation of new customer dispute cases.
  • Issuance of dispute letters and case closure letters to customers.
  • Contact customers for requested supporting documents or information.
  • Prepare proof sheets on general ledgers for daily reconciliation activities related to credit card and payment settlement.
  • Retrieval of source or supporting documents for monthly proofing.
  • Processing posting rejects, refund requests and retrieval of statements for fulfillment.
  • Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Good English communication and written skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
  • Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience. Fresh graduate will be considered.
