About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of resource security for Cryptographic keys and its components.
• Acting as a Subject-Matter-Experts (SME) in regards to cryptographic related matters.
• Oversee the cryptographic keys across platforms security ensuring compliance according to the
security standards and security policies to preserve confidentiality, integrity, authentication, non-repudiation while ensuring availability.
• Day-to-day business-as-usual processes throughout cryptographic key life cycles, such as provisioning cryptographic keys, renewing expiry keys, re-certifications of keys use, reporting, monitoring cryptographic keys activities and its related components.
• Manage Hardware Security Module (HSM) and other software based cryptographic keys
management tools to ensure it is comply with security standards and relevant framework.
• Participate in project and provide recommendation on the cryptographic keys requirements according to policies, standards and relevant guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
• Proficiency in cryptographic keys management, HSM module, software based cryptographic tools,
symmetric, asymmetric, MAC, hash and its algorithm.
• At least 7-9 years of experience in relevant roles and out of which at least 4-5 years of experience in enterprise cryptographic keys management, managing hardware and software based embodiment
security module.
• Must be a self-reliant team player who is comfortable with managing multiple tasks and
• Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
