About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

As the Digital Performance Analytics Manager, you are critical to achieving UOB’s vision. You will make it your mission to ensure our Business Banking Digital Team is powered by data. This means that you’re up to speed on best practices and trends in digital app and web data, marketing analytics, and data visualization. You are curious about the world and can easily establish causal relationship between events. You enjoy backing up your decisions and arguments with data.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver digital (user) insights to the Business Banking Portfolio Management team covering our core Malaysia Market
  • Deliver industry-leading marketing analytics by making full use of our data platforms, reporting, and analytical tools
  • Work as part of the UOB “Digital Run Team” to better understand user journey at every stage of their digital activity, influencing their game plans to improve key digital metrics to help shape success
  • Support the gathering of digital customer experience data such as app ratings and feed them back to Portfolio Management and marketing teams
  • Present clear actionable insights to business banking portfolio management and marketing teams

 

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of strong Digital Product/ Marketing data experience in either agency or client environment
  • Experience in Web and app user behavioural data and key metrics  
  • 2-3 years of Adobe Analytics usage experience
  • 4-5 years of SQL Data Query experience 
  • Hands on Experience in building Qliksense Dashboards
  • Proven experience of synthesizing digital marketing data and app usage data to reveal key customer insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a large degree of independence.
  • Good Team player
  • Ability to communicate the insights clearly with business teams
  • Banking experience especially Retail or SME Banking
  • Formal Certification in Adobe Analytics
