About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Vendor management
    • Facilitate and maintain good relationships with vendors
    • Establish best practices in managing best pricing and products quality
    • Tender activities and managing vendor selection programs
    • On-boarding activities of new vendor
    • Measure and evaluate vendor performance
    • Due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring
  • IT contract management
  • Assets management such as Laptop, Desktop, IT peripherals, photocopier, etc
  • Information Services reports

 

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Vendor management and/or Asset management.
  • Result oriented and requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build relationship and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in applying established techniques, procedures or standards.
  • Ability to work under the pressure with multiple assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
