About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the Head of TMOD to execute talent management strategies including succession planning, talent development and organization development.  
  2. Engage business leaders, key senior talents and successors on career conversations and development planning.  This includes execution, monitoring and tracking of development actions.
  3. Manage customized leadership development interventions including vendor management, for talent pool including formal training, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job development.
  4. Design and execute organization development initiatives such as team effectiveness, staff engagement and development initiatives to embed leadership, organization culture and values.
  5. Support the recruitment, development and engagement of the UOB Management Associates Program, including alumni and new hires. 
  6. Support assessment centers and feedback coaching to key talents as part of talent development
  7. Participate in Bankwide and HR-related projects, as required

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate with strong experience in culture and people integration projects
  2. Experience in banking industry or consultancy
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  5. Able to work under strict timelines
  6. Meticulous and detail-oriented
  7. At least 10 years of related working experience
