About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and map the roadmap of Digital Engagement tool on the mobile banking app.
  • Responsible to test and deploy engagement materials for roll out on the mobile banking app.
  • Responsible to educate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage on the Digital Engagement tool on the mobile banking app to drive business outcome.
  • Liaise with Technology on the testing and deployment to roll out new Digital Engagement materials on the mobile banking app.
  • Responsible for the process of this Digital Engagement tool on the mobile banking app and have it updated as and when there are changes.
  • Responsible for project management of system upgrade of the Digital Engagement tool.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Digital Engagement materials deployed on the mobile banking app.
  • Support internal stakeholders on any queries on the features/system functionality of the Digital Engagement tool.
  • Responsible for management reporting to Senior Management and Group Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing or project management.
  • Coding knowledge is added advantage
