About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in supporting project managers in Digital Bank in collaborating with other business units.
  • To support project manager and other units in Digital Bank in implementing and executing project.
  • Assist in conducting gap analysis, market research and reviewing functional capabilities to identify areas of opportunities that could value add to business units.
  • Liaise and work with various stakeholders (legal, compliance, regulatory, demand, vendor, etc) pertaining to the implementation of MBK's new enhancement and functionality.
  • Implement and execute strategy to educate and train internal customer about MBK for them to provide the basic support to customer.
  • To support business units on ad-hoc requirements for digital and mobile banking.
  • Review incident reporting pertaining to Core Digital Banking and ensure closure.
  • Keep tracking of project documentations in compliance to internal project management standards for audit reference.
  • AppStore management: Monitor and manage app rating, monitor comments, provide appropriate reply and escalate for fixes
  • NPS monitoring, reporting and action plan

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in experience in electronic banking i.e Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
  • Tertiary education with relevant experience in financial industry.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build presentations to key business stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of banking processes, banking regulations, digital and mobile banking system functionality.
  • Ability in conducting training and supporting business units and front liners.
  • Must demonstrate logical thinking, independent and willing to learn attitude.
