About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of Security Configuration Management (Windows, AS400, Database (MSSQL & Oracle) and Privilege Access Management (CyberArk).

  • Acting as a Subject-Matter-Experts (SME) to Security Configuration Management (Windows,  AS400,Database) and Privilege Access Management (CyberArk) related matters:-

    • Support security configuration request for Windows/AS400/Database/PAM.

    • Closely work with manager to evaluate upgrades and new products & technologies for the security platforms.

    • Participate in projects.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot problem and failures, providing support and resolutions.

    • Participate in annual disaster recovery exercise

  • The candidate will have secondary responsible for administration and support of Cryptography Key Management. (HSM and Public Key Infrastructure management i.e SSL Certificate, SSH Key)

  • Drive security projects and initiatives, provide technical/architecture consultancy on the design and approach

  • Work with the team and vendor to perform security gap analysis. Propose and drive solution/initiative to close the gap

  • Prepare various Operation statistics/updates for management presentation and update key operational risk indictors.

  • Assist with open security governance activities such as attending to audit/risk management, tool management and maintenance, budget and vendor tracking and etc.

  • Assist with other areas of security operations where required

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or its equivalent.

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles in Windows (primary), PAM, Database and AS400 security.

  • Knowledge or experience in security resource administration (Windows/AS400/Database), troubleshooting any operating system (Windows) and file systems.

  • Good exposure on offensive, defensive, network security and defense-in-depth methodologies and technology

  • Working experience in financial institutions in the area of compliance, exception, vulnerability, security strategy will be a plus

  • Familiar with Security standards and exposure in financial institution’s regulatory compliance response preparation and evidence submission (RMIT, PCIDSS, Paynet, MAS and etc)

  • Highly result oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to deliver tasks timely in face paced environment.

  • Ability to build relationship and interact effectively with internal and external parties.  Strong engagement skills with stakeholder management.

  • Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in applying established techniques, procedures or standards
