UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a a skilled M365 Administrator to provide end to end (E2E) service request, incident management and level 3 (L3) support. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting M365 collaboration tool, Exchange (On Premise, Hybrid and Online) and various workplace enterprise tools.
Candidates are expected to:
• 6-9 years work experience
• Manage and support M365 collaboration tools, including Exchange (on-premise/ hybrid/ online).
• Provide L3 support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot and triage platform-related issues, applying PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution.
• Administer and support MDM Blackberry mobile suite, Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, and MTD/MFA.
• Ensure compliance with network access policies, using IT Admin LAN and Production VDI for privileged access.
• Work closely with the Workplace IT service desk team for escalations and after-hours support.
• Follow the access approval process, ensuring privileged ID access is only drawn by authorized personnel.
Job Requirements
Candidate with the following knowledge will be preferred :-
• Proven experience as an M365 Administrator or similar role in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Exchange administration (on-premise, hybrid, and online).
• Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills in M365, with experience in L3 support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience working with security tools like Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, MTD, and MFA solutions.
• Familiarity with MDM Blackberry mobile suite.
• Ability to work in an escalation support model, including after-hours support when required.
