About UOB Management Associate Programme
The UOB Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme aimed at early career talent who are keen to take on leadership and regional roles within the bank. The programme has been designed to provide you with an accelerated induction experience. You will learn different aspects of the business and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in the bank. Over these 24 months, you may expect rotations within home functions or relative cross functional rotations for you to gain exposure in different aspects of the industry.

As a HR Management Associate, you can expect rotations to different functions of HR:
Rotation 1: Talent & Development
Rotation in T&D builds a strategic perspective on how we empower employees, foster continuous learning and support long-term growth and organizational success through people-focused initiatives
Rotation 2: Strategic HR
Rotation to SHR provides an opportunity to learn how the organisation strategies get translated and managed as HR functional initiatives. MAs are to be given an opportunity to work on Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Experience, and Digital HR Projects.
Rotation 3: Group Rewards
In Group Rewards, MAs will build both technical knowledge and strategic skills that are aligned to UOB’s performance. This is through various learning such as compensation metrics, market analysis and benchmarking. Leverage on data analytics to assess trends, forecast budgetary needs for decisions making processes.

Successful applicants will go through 1-2 rounds of assessments. Assessments will take place from end Apr 2025.
Who we look for
We look for candidates who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, strong analytical skills, and a drive for excellence. To qualify, you should possess:
- Minimum University Bachelor degree
- No more than two years of working experience
- An impressive leadership and co-curricular track record
- Proficiency in English; and preferably a second language
This intake will begin in July 2025 for those who have graduated prior.
