About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Rewards team within Cards and Payments and this role will primarily focus on managing the overall rewards cost and streamlining rewards redemption processes.

Your key responsibilities include

Maintain & introduce new Rewards Catalogue on via various channels like internet banking, digital banking and instant rewards redemption example:

  • Drive digitalization on rewards redemption and improve customer journey through various platforms and marketing initiatives:
  • Maintenance existing catalogue items  including onboarding new merchants to have a variety of Reward items
  • Constant review catalogue pricing to be competitive

 

  • Enhancing processes for rewards and managing customers’ feedback and experiences:
    • Streamline manual processes example to implement straight through creation of new rewards catalogue and payments
    • Revamp of current rewards page to ensure good customer experience
    • Manage and resolve customer issues relating to rewards
    • Analyze monthly reports on rewards redemption via various channels to ensure rewards cost is kept within budget

Job Requirements

  • Preferably degree holder with minimum of 2 years of loyalty programs & partnerships experience, preferably in Rewards segment
  • Strong project management/analytical skills, meticulous, proactive and able to think creatively
  • A team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to critique marketing collaterals
  • Resourceful and independent
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
