About the Department

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Coordinate with Business Technology Team to plan, track, and manage agile and software development projects in JIRA
  • Plan JIRA items implementation and release plan
  • Translate business requirements into executable and effective user stories
  • Liaise with business users for web forms requirements and review
  • Manage agencies and solution integration partners to ensure they support delivery of the projects in the most effective manner.



Publishing and Internal Consultancy

  • Deliver content updates to UOB websites
  • Master an enterprise Web Optimisation tool to build trust and a great customer experience for UOB web visitors.
  • Develop Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms
  • Plan and perform unit and integration testing before production implementation
  • Update & Verify tracking codes across group sites / forms
  • Develop and edit webpages
  • Process review and documentation
  • Create test case & test scripts for UAT
  • Housekeeping of old HTMLs/ PDFs/Forms
  • Gain familiarity & hands-on experience on implementing a digital governance framework
  • collaboratively develop a digital governance framework in the organization.
  • Together with the rest of the team, serve as an internal consultant and evangelist on digital transformation projects and web optimization tools.

Job Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/XML
  • Good verbal & written communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic MS office Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
  • Familiarity with web standards
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of website content management tools
  • Understand the intricacies of managing a website
