Job Responsibilities

You will source for qualified candidates and develop talent pipelines and conduct initial candidate screenings You may also be required to manage the candidate database and record hiring conversion rates. 


  • Consult with Sourcing Lead and Recruiters to understand hiring requirements and specific job objectives
  • Source and filter appropriate job applicants from the company’s Applicant Tracking System as well as other database such as JobsBank
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Recruiters
  • Scheduling job intake meetings with various stakeholders
  • Compile talent sourcing activities reports
  • Maintain complete record of resumes to interviews and new hires for the Talent Sourcing team

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • Experienced as a Recruiting coordinator, Sourcer or Recruiter and is familiar with the recruitment process
  • Self-initiated and with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Stakeholders oriented, highly organized and with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems and other HR tools a plus
