About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  1. This role covers 17 Operating Centers (Department level) for assurance programs
  2. To monitor audit management activities in Operations Centers
  3. To hold an advisory functions and do in depth assessment to Operating Centers for Audit (both internal and external) and CRT issues raised
  4. To liaise closely with Operation Center Heads, Internal Audit and Compliance
  5. To prepare weekly reporting for Local T&O Management

Job Requirements

  1. Have experience in banking industry for at least 5 years
  2. S1 graduate
  3. Have Risk Management/ Audit background would be a value added
  4. Able to write report in English
