About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for individual achievement to grow the number of quality customers, Deposit and Asset Under Management (AUM) Wealth Ending Net Receivables (ENR) & Wealth Revenue (Mutual Funds, Bonds, FX and Bancassuance) for the Privilege Banking (PV) segment from the sales team under the supervision of Team Head

2. Responsible for the fulfillment of sales personnel under the supervision of the Team Head and also conduct Sales Team training under their supervision

3. Ensure that each Sales Team member productivity is in line with the business direction

4. Ensure that the sales process follows current SOPs and SLAs, by mitigating all sales risks (zero tolerance) and increasing sales discipline

5. Ensure sales achievement and productivity as planned, with regular monitoring, and report monitoring results to the Sales Head and GSM PV

6. Conduct regular training, monitor and motivate the Sales Team every month to boost the low performer, and help the sales team's career development and sales performance management to minimize the attrition in team members

7. Ensure all team members are 100% certified for all required certifications

Job Requirements

1. Have been experience as sales leader for more than 5 years

2. Deep understanding Bank Product Knowledge

3. Strong Communication Skill

4. Strong leadership and can build a loyal team

5. Willing to be placed in Solo
